Globalquerque - New Mexico's Celebration of World Music and Culture
Globalquerque Music Festival: Ending with a two-day concert on the main stage, this festival features a myriad of international performers join representatives of New Mexico's varied cultural traditions, plus food and crafts from around the world, educational workshops, free family fun, dance classes and more.
Fall Festival of FlowersCelebrate the beautiful flowers at the Botanical Gardens before autumn takes them away.
October:
Albuquerque International Balloon Festival: The celebration that put Albuquerque on the map, the International Balloon Festival is a major draw to the city and has been internationally renowned for three decades.
Big 5 Duke City Marathon: Fight cancer at the city's longest running marathon, which attracts thousands of runners from across the state.
November:
Doggie Dash and Dawdle: Created to help fun the Albuquerque Humane Society, this annual event is a celebration of the special relationship people have with their canine companions.
Festival of the Cranes: The cranes return to the Bosque Wetlands in November. This annual festival celebrates their return with over 100 lectures, workshops, tours, hikes and hands-on activities are planned, ranging from the popular Sandhill Crane Behavior to special photography tours to socializing with locals on the Plaza.
December:
Ghost Tour of Old Town Albuquerque: Learn about 300 years of haunted history in ABQ with legends, folklore, ghost stories and more.
Dawn of Dinosaurs: The only Triassic exhibit hall in North America can be found in the New Mexico Museum of Natural History.
